Booking Policies

Appointments

• The calendar for the upcoming month is released on the 20th of each month.
• house call fees vary depending on your location and the time of your appointment
• An additional $25 fee applies to appointments booked on Sundays or public holidays.
• Appointments scheduled for 5:00 or later will include an additional $40 fee.
• Appointments booked within 1 week are considered last minute. These will be held in pending status for 2 working days. If deposit is not received within that time, the system will automatically cancel the booking,

Payments

• A $30 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

• Send a screenshot or confirmation via WhatsApp to 1758 519-1606 include the name on booking with the message.

Cancellation Policy

• Rescheduling within 1 week of your appointment is considered a cancellation, and rebooking (with a new deposit) will be required to secure another spot
• Your deposit is transferable for up to 3 days if you need to reschedule.

Late Arrivals

• Weekday GRACE PERIOD 15 MINUTES before late fee is charged
• SATURDAY POLICY- Arriving 30 minutes late pr more on a Saturday is an automatic cancel
• note: Final decision is at the discretion of the business owner

Hair Requirements

• Please arrive with your hair washed and dried.
• hair must be free of any oils, grease, or heave products

For styles not listed on the price list (e.g., natural styles) send a message via WhatsApp or book a similar style and leave a note in special request.
