Appointments

• Calendar for the upcoming month will be release the 20th of each month
• House call fees depend on the are where you live and the time of your appointment ( night time house calls are more)

Payments

• A $30 non refundable deposit is required to secure you booking; remaining balance is to be paid on the day.

Cancellation Policy

• Rescheduling 1 week and under appointment date is considered cancellation and rebooking will be required to secure your spot.

Late Arrivals

• Grace Period: Please arrive on time. A grace period of 15-20 minutes will be given on a week day.30 minutes late on a Saturday is an automatic cancellation. Owner’s discretion will be taken.

Hair Requirements

• Hair Prep: Arrive with hair freshly washed and blow-dried, free of oils or grease.
